Deb does Preet Bharara as in royally screws him over?   Preet gave her Teflon status better than latex...and now she does a puff piece she says she inherited a crook?  Preet Bharara refused to go back in Time CityTime....more like she and other SAIC officials won the Teflon lottery? (Defense contractors are like Banks no top officials are going to do time?  Deb couldn't do simple math and "blow" a whistle?  No she didn't blow a whistle.).

Rudy Giuliani threw out a perfectly working payroll system created and run by city workers, AutoTime, that could've been expanded but he wanted a top military defense contractor spy company connected with the CIA and the White House and Homeland security do the math and Mike Bloomberg no different.  Rose Gill Hearn was brought in to be his political arm and protector of his legacy.

Ray Kelly appointed Chief Chuck Dowd with not tech experience as head of 911 after he was caught fixing crimes like the NYPD fixed me being savagely assaulted at MD's in Soho, threatening me with a hole in my retina, cervical damage -- as in coercion used as a policing tool to fix crimes/crime stats appear lower as well.
