Since I have the worst insomnia ever of my life worse than after September 11 it's over two years now they have this insomnia the fibroid tumors are growing rather than getting smaller because I'm getting older... At age 52 the fibroid tumors should actually be getting smaller not bigger. I also just have a large amount of them.
I walked into the doctors office and got a cyst removed two injections in my arm to numb my arm I had bags on my arm I had my phone in my hand when this woman treating me like a human piñata when she couldn't close the door. Wasn't a decent human being she could've apologized she should never of come out from behind a long closed off desk.
I just had three excruciatingly painful injections in both knees I was being treated for my neck and had an MRI for the next day because I had so much pain and she grab my hair and pulled and pulled and when I got her off me she was pulling from the floor try kicking me with her barefoot her barefoot finally touch my vaginal area luckily not hurting me.
My Achilles tendon is much worse, my neck had bulging and herniated disc which I don't leave for there the day before the neck is severely arthritic it's hard to turn I can turn it but it's very painful and difficult. Delita Hooks made a hole in my retina and now there's a macular pucker. Grabbing my hair and wrenching my head and neck back created an abundance of floaters in my eyes. I know have an abundance of floaters in my eyes and fibroid tumors in my stomach area with really annoying symptoms including feeling like I'm pregnant with triplets. I had told the corrupt dirty detective that I didn't want to wait for 91 one I wanted to get to the police station to report the crime because I have a collapse platter from the tumors they need to go to the bathroom a lot which I did at the precinct repeatedly.
I really want to see Dr. Fagelman's phone records I want to question him and Delita Hooks under oath that's even better I really want to question him under oath and my attacker and the women in the video and patients they are not supposed to be discussing me with patients.
The women in the video all violated my Hippa oath lying about me to the police not asking me if I'm okay and that should've called 91 one but turns out they weren't going to contact the police until 24 hours later when I figure it out it would be the best strategy -- I believe the doctor and evil piece of crap my Pinyan called somebody with a lot of clout and they were going to fix this so guess what I'll take this all the way to the Supreme Court if that's what I have to do I want to take the case that involves a Manhattan DA the NYPD an internal fares that will be my second lawsuit all the way up that's what I have to do.
Like Eric Garner my first lawsuit is there on record of what was done to me. His was thrown out on a technicality mine is an appellate court.
I want to question all the police the DA three assistant DAs all going to be part of the lawsuit -- they're already in the notice of claim under oath (I filed an ethics complaint against all four of them with the Supreme Court) I want to question internal affairs officers who I know know that they've done fixing in favor for all the cops involved including supervisors from the 1st Precinct attacked of squad to the integrity unit try not to laugh they have no integrity to Ray Kelly and the chief of internal affairs two Chief's now.
Since the police reports and my tack her life and she threatens me and assign letter to her police fixers.
My eyesight is far worse from the attack worst insomnia bizarre weight gains mostly weight swings up very disturbing to gain so much weight when you're middle-aged and have messed up joints my ankles my knees particular. They caused me so much suffering I pray to G-d for Justice.
