Many people in New York City act like they're starring in their own film but I agree with you on a spiritual and religious level G-d sees all but what you'll find is I have proof from the Manhattan DA to the NYPD to internal affairs from Ray Kelly to Bill Bratton to two heads of internal affairs Chief Campisi and Chief Reznick -- that in my opinion they have no conscience no understanding of right and wrong and they don't seem to fear doing wrong what I alledges doing evil starting with my case because I can show you the video over hundred thousand views and yet not in the arrest of the Ray Rice of Reception Desks Delita Hooks violated me repeatedly my patient rights in my body and I was a patient of Dr. that share the office but moved out after the attack.

In my opinion the Manhattan DA is worse than the NFL but in my case a running punched my head the cause permanent damage to my eyes and my neck there's been no rest and the woman who attacked me from behind a long reception desk repeatedly violated my patient rights and then repeatedly violating my body and lying lying and police reports and medical reports and she has no understanding of what she's done because her employer has paid her protect her and the NYPD, internal affairs and so far the Manhattan DA did the doctor, Dr Andrew Fagelman a favor since you did not fire her almost 2 years ago. Still sitting at that desk blaming me in line because she can't. No one has taught her right from wrong.
An ADA said what she did would be a crime in the schoolyard and out of doctors office.
Rabbi Blech, it gets worse because internal affairs fixed it for the doctors office and also for the NYPD that Leitem police reports which the video proves and also for Det John Vergona who commited the crime of coercion. There's more to the story and it shocking and a senior ADA admit it's me I was a victim of an assault it there's no rest and this woman said I was not coerced. Responded if I was not coerced why did I drop charges why am I sitting in federal court (pro se) why do I hand out cards every day that state I was coerced The NYPD fix crime like a Las Vegas casino. Coercion is a crime not a policing tool.
All the corrupt people involved in law-enforcement say Ron Kuby said you drop charges. Ron Kuby wrote I drop charges against my attack or if my attacker drops the charges.
My attacker should not of had my name but again violated my rights and my privacy as a patient me directly by name to her NYPD fixers warning me that she would drop charges but I should never come back and file assault charges against her if she did she would file get another cross-complaint. Delita Hooks was shy about threatening me with yet another (false) cross-complaint yet another crime with corrupt NYPD officers blessings as I am a whistleblower right now on NYC Gov's 911 Tech system 1 billion dollars over budget and it will collapse during a major terrorist attack or natural disaster.
The reality is the Manhattan DA could've arrested her for assault second degree menacing false cross-complaint possibly aggravated harassment and and with two weeks left looks like I'll be filing complaints with the Supreme Court ethics division and a notice of claim against the NYPD, IAB and the Manhattan DA. This time I will have the the admission of the ADAs I was a victim of a savage assault at a doctors office yet I was caused even more suffering and trauma because there's no arrest.
Thank G-d for video to prove a series of crimes including assault, a false cross complaint, a signed letter to Delita Hooks NYPD fixers threatening me yet again. The Manhattan DA like NFL knew and for longer than they want to admit.

The doctor Andrew Fagelman used to tell my private investigator if he in fact has talk to the police. He said he could not comment on it but he would comment that he did not know me and I was not his patient.

Ron Kuby took no money from me I was scared I was frightened I was dealing with an NYPD officer he told me he didn't care if I two black eyes he yelled at me you were gonna drop the charges or I'm going to rest you and I feared I would end up with even worse problems than the flashing lights and floaters in my eyes and it turned out a hole in my retina and now a macular pucker.
