I had to deal with corrupt police officers from the first Precinct who we're going to make me go be false rested for being a victim of a savage attack at Dr Andrew Fagelman's with a hole in my retina damage to my eyes and my cervical spine, my neck was in a brace from the attack bulging and herniated disks and I was concerned that corrupt cops like Det John Vergona who was verbally violent on the phone and also told me he didn't care if I had two black eyes -- the dirty cops would further harm me and even possibly send me to the hospital and handcuffed me to a bed and I would need a bedpan because I've a collapse bladder not from the attack at the MD's office.
Bill Bratton and his top guys including Chief Reznick head of internal affairs have to go. Reznick was named in a lawsuit for calling a whistleblower call a rat and Reznick wants to be head of internal affairs? I've caught internal affairs under Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton fixing crime in my case lately fixing crime for the doctors office and for the first precinct Detective squad!!!!!! I have the video. Complaints and police reports where the police blatantly lied and never met with me and never gave me an opportunity to meet and would not even give me badge numbers including Ray Kelly's office, IAB, DIned Winski, Lt Burgos and Sgt Chen. Lt Burgos never contacted me and lie and police reports about me would not answering email asking for batch numbers when I called Sgt. Chen he when he comes the phone and IST Det. can I have badge numbers including his wing it wouldn't give them to me.
Have more than enough evidence that internal affairs fixed what happened to me including a crime by the cops COERCION after repeatedly threatening me.
I've called Bill Bratton's office numerous times and I'm telling you he and his chiefs are corrupted my opinion and need to go they have to go in there has to fire them.
