A-Rod loses his arbitration in the worst way possible; he has attorneys suing him for unpaid legal and expert fees, and his PR campaign was a complete failure. Hey Joe Tacky-0 did not get him banned from baseball but Alex and Tacky-0 are the two most unwelcome guys at Yankee Stadium!
Now, David Cromwell, Esq., Gordan and Ree, is suing A-ROD for $380,058.91 (yes 91 cents) in NYSD Court. It seems the only "winner" in this senario was that little bikini boss cuddler (in my opinion -- Suzannah; hey many people wear little bikinis and hug their married bosses like Joe Tacky-0 and Dina Nesheiwat, Esq., who represented Team Tacopina in the arbitration...Dina can now strip into that bikini and pose in that hotel swimming pool with her Miss New York sister and her hubby from the rock group Creed 'with' Tacopina in the photo - CREEPY!
